Commercial Description:
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

What a wonderful beer. Sweet to start with a suprisingly dry finish. A nice creamy head. I can see why it is rated so high. And I love the tassle on each bottle.

This is a heavy beer. Fruity nose (raisins, dates), dark rudy brown color and a tall head that diminishes quickly. Caramel and maple syrup flavors end with a crisp, but light bitterness. The alcohol just burns the tastes right into your mouth. Medicine for the soul....

Brown colour, big creamy head. Very nice (stout-like) aroma, of malt, roasted malts, caramel; deep, harmonious. Full mouth, good body, malty, perfect balance; caramel and light roasted malt; sweet in the front, dryer in the end; a hint of liquorice. Long and well balanced palate. Let’s age it a few years...

this was a mother of a beertasting because i almost forgot about this one. here was a welcome depth and beauty of conception that is sometimes lacking in all those big earnest american beers with their lists of ingredients. beautiful aroma of honey, dark malt and hersbrucker herbalness. Taste is beautifully structured - first juicy toffee and deep malt, then hints of nuttiness and rye, then a long dry finish with just a touch of tartness. so deep and malty but not sticky in any way - slides down your gullet almost like a czech pilsener.

Coffee-Ovaltine aroma. Smooth, creamy, malty, stout-like taste. Finishes dry with a slight hop bitterness and alcohol twang. This is an extremely well balanced beer; it has great flavor and complexity without any overpowering sweetness, hoppiness, or viscosity. This is one elegant and refined beverage. Ausgezeichnet!

Beautiful dark brew, nice presentation. Aroma is blackberry and roasty. Flavor is a distinctive coffee/toffee/berry. Dense palate with trailing bitter. Pricey, but a must-try.

Nice Strong beer, with slight hints of coffee and almonds. Reminds me of a fine Belgian Ale. Definitely a must try if you haven’t already.
