Commercial Description:
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

First of all, this beer comes in one of my favorite bottles. I love the little ram tag that hangs from the neck. The bottle, the label, the pendant, they all say class. And class is exactly what you get when you pour a glass of this beer. From the big creamy brown head that lasts forever and leaves some sweet lacing to the perfectly carbonated cola colored body. This is an incredibly complex beer. The aroma is fruity, malty, bittersweet, smoky, satisfying and lively. Sometimes the aroma is crisp, fresh and yeasty; other times it is that of fresh raw wort. Flavors of malt, hops, lingering alcohol, and assorted fruits combine to create a magical taste experience. With each sip the flavor profile changes: sometimes you get roasted malt, sometimes full hop flavor, sometimes smoky alcohol kisses, always delicious. This is one of those beers that would be great to have on hand all the time and yet is better left for those special occasions where only a beer called Celebrator will do. Simply one of the best!

Super thick glowing dark brown color with deep red ruby highlights, light brown head of tight frothyness thats about a finger high, faded fast, gets some minimal spotty and stringy lace. Smell is tangy fruitish dark malts, quite a rich full nose with hints of ginger, brown sugar, favorable cookie dough, lightly roasty/toasty, some toffee, with dark fruit of plum and raisin notes. Taste is a ton of nice tangy dark malts, a bit of caramel and toffee up front, middle twinge of chocolate and slight hops into the finish which is mostly dark fruits and toffee with incredible lingering qualities of twingy, fruity malty tanged dryness. Feel is medium bodied, buttery smooth and lightly textured with a light tangy dryness in the finish. Very nice drinkablity, heavenly smooth and excellent creamyness makes for short work of the 12 ounces, need another.

On tap! This is still my favorite beer ever. It's so rich and has an amazing smooth complex malty fruity taste. Long live the goat!

Definately one of the best beers I have ever had. Great deep dark hues accented by a head of a beautiful shade of tan. It's funny how the head looks so much better on a beer that radiates an ambrosial aroma like celebrator. Complex flavor, tastes too many things to even begin to describe them. Great all around.
