Commercial Description:
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

Someone used "teriyaki" in their description and it is spot on. It really does remind me of teri sauce in both smell and appearance. It tastes like a mild shoyu. The alcohol doesnt hit you till well after youve swallowed which makes it very easy to down. I cant rate the appearance any higher because seconds after pour it looks like a flat cola.

Pours deep dark red with a tan head, medium sized. Aroma of wheat, malt, and cherry and other red fruits. Lots going on in this one, malt, raisin, plum, clove. Starts off sweet and ends up slightly sour. Just the right amount of carbonation. Absolutely amazing beer.

Deep brown with tan head. Very complex. Cherry, malt, chocolate, toffee. Some taste of hops, but smooth. Long aftertaste. Smells like a bakery.

Very pleseant aroma and good dark brown color. Very good beer, interesting taste/carbonation almost a mixture between a Guiness and a Cider to me. Intersesting, almost fruit like test
