A hazy light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with a strong note of brewmash as well as light notes of hops, and so is the flavor, leading to a dry end. Boring.

Draught. Yellow colour with big white creamy head. Aroma of wheat along with weak fruits and soap. Flavour is soapy, wheaty and some citric hints. Quite watery and boring.

500ml bottle from Ship & Mitre, Liverpool. This was so good, my friend Alison, who knows not a lot about beer, thought it was so good, she bought 2 bottles of it. Very pale gold, with slight haze, thin white head. Wow. A slightly sharper than usual German beer. Light zesty wheaty rather surprising beer. Good though. Definite weisee actually more Belgian wit character. Interestingly light.

Hazy light yellow color, lace. Small creamy white head. Fruity aroma. Light to medium bodied. Bitter and hoppy taste but well-balanced with carbonation. Aftertaste is slightly sweet and oily. Afterwards comes some bitterness. Very refreshing, like Hoegaarden.

Pale gold with very dense, fine, collapsing, just off-white head. Very fresh, green, even firtree-like smelling beer, just a bit grassy with malty notes. Dry, again piney-resiny beer, but with some surprisingly meaty (-estery?) notes in the finish. Rest is mainly pale malts, not much else. Light to medium bodied, high physical level of carbonation. I wonder if once, this was just called "Ayinger Export"... Whatever, it’s Ayinger quality.

Bottled. Golden coloured. Grassy aroma. Fresh flavour with some sweet honey notes and a hoppy bitter finish.
