Apr 4, 2005 Tapped. Golden colour, huge foamy white head, lacing. Sweet fruity aroma with hints of yeast and a bit of caramel. Very fruity toffeeish flavour with hints of lemon and some sweeter spices. Very refreshing beer.

Golden honey color, creamy decent white head. Lemony and fruity nose. Medium-bodied, chewy malts. Bock-like alcoholic touch in the finish. Fruity hops.

Mar 17, 2005 (Draught@Pullman Bar, Helsinki) Clear golden color with a smallish, tight head. Mildly malty aroma with distinctive asparagus and cooked vegetables, plus some grassy hops. Asparagus also dominates the slightly metallic, buttery and sweetish-alcoholic-honeyish flavor. Slicky-sugary, not very carbonated, medium-bodied palate. Quite refreshing bock with reasonably hidden alcohol. Still warming.
