Commercial Description:
We brew Leichte Bräu -Weisse with the same high quality malt and hops as we use in Ayinger Bräu Weiss, just less of them. Our goal is to brew a beer with the delicious fruity wheat beer taste and low alcohol.

Bottle, 3.2%. Cloudy dark amber colour. Big stable off-hite head. The flavour is mildly caramelly. Quite weak. Not the best Leichte Weisse I have had.

Bottle. Apple juice, peach. wheat and yeast aroma. Cloudy brown-orange color with large fluffy head. Sweet-sour wheat malt flavor primarily with hints of banana, apple and clove. Moderate carbonation - not bad for a light Hefe.

Bottle @ Aying. Hazy orange with a small creamy white head and lacings. Nose is mild of grain, wheat and banana. Medium and quite smooth palate. Hints of grain and corn. A fine low alc. wheat.

On tap at Leon’s. The place is one fine beer and food establishment and you all should check it out. Pour is a cloudy yellow with a quickly dissipating frothy white head. Aroma is mostly spice and some banana. Flavor is like a light banana bread. Chewy grain and banana fruit with a tinge of spice. Could drink this for a meal in and of itself.

On tap at Flying Saucer. Pours a cloudy yellow golden with a small frothy white head. The aroma is clove, banana, and orange peel. Decent spotty lacing on the glass. Light bitterness on the palate. The taste is similar to the aroma with coriander and a nice clean dry finish. Easy to drink, a decent hefe.

Very similar in appearance to the ur-weisse. Aroma is sweeter though with hints of banana and light citrus. Tried with an orange. Taste after orange was much better and more complex than before. Not bad at all, but still a bit bland.

Bottle: Hazy golden colored pour with large white head. Sweet, hoppy, spicy aroma. Spicy, fruity, herby flavor. I enjoyed this.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy amber color, thick white head. Sweet spicy aroma with cloves and banana. Lighty wheaty flavor, slightly watery. Light body, medium-high carbonation. An easy-going hefeweizen, not half bad for the ABV.
