Commercial Description:
We brew Leichte Bräu -Weisse with the same high quality malt and hops as we use in Ayinger Bräu Weiss, just less of them. Our goal is to brew a beer with the delicious fruity wheat beer taste and low alcohol.

An unclear orange beer with a white head. The aroma is primarily fruity, but also with light notes of banana, caramel, and brewmash. The flavor is light wheat, and the mouthfeel very smooth, leading to a light acidic wheaty end. Boring - but for a low alcohol I guess OK.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy amber golden with a decent but dissipating head. Weird unclean aroma. Thin and watery body. Some sweet caramel and then some confused, fruity and very unclean accents. 240706

Bottle. Unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light to moderate yeasty, banana, gum, fruit - orange. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (190408)

Bottle, 3.2%. Cloudy dark amber colour. Big stable off-hite head. The flavour is mildly caramelly. Quite weak. Not the best Leichte Weisse I have had.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour with big creamy white head. Yeasty, berrylike aroma. Fruity and yeaty flavour along with hints of berries. A bit sour finish. Very good and refreshing.

First, style is not "low alcohol", German hefeweizen should be much better.
Hazy dark orange color, big cloudy tanned head. Sweet berry (strawberries and rasberries) and yeasty aroma. Fruity, sweet, light-bodied, plain mouthfeel. Lacks some of the best Ayinger characters but still a decent weizen.
