Aug 17, 2005 (on bottle at RBESG 2005)Sour-fresh nose, mildly malted. mouthfeel ike a weissbier, but taste like a pilsnr. Again a bitter/sweet finish. Funny and very drikable beer.

Aug 15, 2005 Bottled @ RBESG 2005: Light golden coloured. Unclear. Small white head. Fresh and light hoppy aroma. Some fruity maltnotes. Flavour is fruity and has a herbal note. Is quite dry and refreshing. Is medium bodied and ends on light sweet note.

Jul 27, 2005 Bottle, provided by Dortmunder: thanks! A bit indifferent aroma, but the flavor has some more: hops, lots of apple and orange. Just the slightest hint of vinegar, cardboard and dust. Hoppy, citric, dusty aftertaste. Not bad, certainly not flawless, I guess I expected too much.

Jun 19, 2005 Bottled. Flowery, fruity aroma. Herbal hops and flowery, fruity notes in the taste. Slightly sweet. Ends medium dry and herbal-hoppy. A really good kellerbier as it has enough of the taste features that come in unfiltered lager beers. Nice.

Mar 25, 2005 Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, white bubbly head. Fruity aroma with hints of yeast. Malty beer with notes of fruit, yeast, bread and a bit of hops. Not much aftertaste. Bubbly mouthfeel.

Aug 17, 2004 Updated: Jul 19, 2009@ the brewery’s Munich tap. Cloudy with a thick head. Herbal, hoppy, very appetizing nose. with good house character and quite a bit of fresh bread. Dry, malty, quite lean but retains some rusticity.

May 25, 2004 On tap across the street from the Hofbrauhaus. Golden ´lightly hazy color. Huge head and lots of lace. Aroma is hoppy and spicy. Flavor is a nice blend of light hops and malt with citrus hints and spicy clove tones.
