| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 29, 2007 This beer pours a massive head and has a golden amber color to it. There are smells of nuts and toffee malt. as you drink it it has a bitter toffee flavor with mild hops on the back of the palate. It is mildy spicy with nice fall smices like pumkin and hints of all spice. CasperQuaffer (142), Casper, Wyoming, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 29, 2007 Aroma is combination fruit, honey and buttered toast. Quick open head with light amber color. Flavor hoppy with pine and grapefruit predominant, some honey-fall fruit, maybe peach. Palate is light, with some caramel and tartar. This is a good October beer, saved by the hops from being mediocre. Wegro (220), Fresno, California, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 28, 2007 Pours a nice copper with a bubbly head. Lively carbonation, bready, some mild frutiness. Nice hops in the finish. Maybe a little too light. I would have liked some more malt in this one. Stine (1380), St. Paul, Minnesota, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 28, 2007 Tap at Pizzerria Paradiso. Golden, rusty orange color, and transparent. Some salty pungency on the nose and a wisp of garlic. Pears and apples in a caramel soak. Tinny flavor with the disposition of thin maple syrup. The subtle presence of toasted honey malt is chewy enough to leave a firm smack of its sweetness, which lasts a while. Crisp fruit flavors and hushed floral tones provide accent. Watery texture with a sharp carbonation bite; it could stand for more density. Fitting; a refreshing autumn quaffer. skoll (127), Traverse City, Michigan, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 28, 2007 I have been on drinking some fest biers lately, and alot of them are starting to blend in and bore me. This one, however, did not. Amber gold color. Nice toasty malt aroma. Flavor is more toasted malts, nice and sweet with a little nuttiness as well. Finishes with a nice crisp zest. Good stuff. dankman38 (228), Somewhere in, Ohio, USA
