| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 6, 2006 I think this was a bottle not stored well. The pour was great, nice orange color with a very generous and fluffy head that provided great lacing with foamy fingers. The aroma was somewhat skunky, although after a few minutes, I picked up some light spices. The flavor was like a cheap green bottled European import lager with some extra hopping and bready maltiness. Overall, very disappointing, as this wasn’t near my top oktoberfest experiences. Will have to try this one on draft in Munich one day to make up for what was likely a casualty of importation (even in a brown bottle). Vac (2394), San Diego, California, USA

Sweet and sour malt aroma with slightly bitter hoppy background. Sweet malt flavor with hoppy background and a bitter hoppy finish. This beer is surprisingly light and smooth with a dry finish.
