| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 18, 2003 Aroma of this brew is pleasant, consistent with the style, forecasting nice toasty malt. Beer pours very light brown almost copper, but lighter with a big fluffy off-white head that is retained. There is some lacing. Flavor follows up the style. Flavor is initially sweet, with a little toast. Tasty. kublai3 (170), Staten Island, New York, USA
