Aromas of grilled corn, sweet cherry, apple, cereal grain and hay. Flavor is caramel with a sour tint, hearty toasted grain and light apple. Finish is crisp and grassy-woody. Medium body is smooth, tongue-tingly and slightly astringent. Creamy lace left on the glass.
