Commercial Description:
The dry bitterness of classic pilsner makes this a perfect, pre-dinner drink. Although we borrowed the style from Bohemia, our pils is classsic Bavarian, made partially with barley we grow ourselves, a blend of fresh Hallertau and Tetnang hops and our unique St. Andreas mineral water. The vivacious color is reflective of the barley fields that surround our brewery. The head is light and thick and leaves a beautiful Bavarian lace on the empty glass. . In the mouth, our pils achives balance and roundness, without the hops overpowering the fruitiness of the malt.

Tap @ Munich beer house. Golden, clear, fluffy white head and good lace. Crisp nose with light grains, fresh hops, a hint of lemon, little yeast. Mouth is light with a light zip of carbonation. Flavor is light with a hint of fruit, very nice, very refreshing, very easy drinking. Crisp finish. Well-crafted.

Tap @ Aying. Pours clear gold with a small white head and lacings. Nose is freshly hopped. Quite amazing for a German pils. At least I havent experienced it in a way like this before. Wauw. A touch of grain & herbs. Lively carbonation. Fresh, crisp and easy. Dry hoppy lasting end. Best German pils to date. Nice...

One of the Best PILSENER of the World! It is South Bavarian style of Pilsener - it means more malty than North Germany Style. Very delicious hoppy and malty aroma with touch of fresh hay and corn. In palate suprisingly full body,it is malty, sappy with hints of minty of pressed hops cone. Long dry and sappy finish. Fresh carbonation (fresh und spritzig). Best aperitiv! Best served in the Centre of Ayinger Village in brewery biergarten Liebhard´s Keller (fresh drought). All products from Ayinger are ones of the best beers in Bayern. All categories (Hell, Export, Weiss, Ur-Weiss, Doppelbock). Especially Bräu - Hell.

Pours a clear golden color with a huge white head. Aroma is grassy hops and malt. Flavor is grassy hops and caramel maltiness, very balanced. Very refreshing crisp finish.

Bottle. It pours a clear, slightly pale golden body with a nice white head. Really grainy on the nose, with a pleasant addition of fresh grass. A bit sweet initially in the mouth, with pale malt, grassy hops and some bitterness chiming in. Nice bitter finish with pine-cones, some citrus and general fruityness. Medium body and nice level of carbonation. A decent pils, quenching and easy to drink, but nothing more. (080829)

Speis und Trank, Munich. Soapy conifer aroma. Pale and firmly collared with froth. Gentle pine, sweet biscuit, soap. Quite gassy. Chlorine aroma developing. Or it could be the ZEALOUSLY SCRUBBED STEPS. Ordinary beer, decent (filtered) pils.

Draught at Ayinger in Munich. Clear light gold colored body with a purely white head. Nose is clean and sweet lemon scented pils malt, only light yeast and hop presence in the aroma. Flavor has a semi-tart, drying malt chewiness, turning more crisp in the finish, with some hoppy, bitter, drying, very crisp noble hop cones. Grassy, dry, refreshing, very delicious.
