Apr 1, 2008 The Fonefan/Brugmansia Cnudde tasting. Light golden with a nice, creamy head. The aroma is malty with notes of flower, citrus/fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of malt, hints of caramel, flower and a citrussy bitterness. It’s a nice and refreshing pilsner!

Jun 7, 2008 Draught at Ayinger in Munich. Clear light gold colored body with a purely white head. Nose is clean and sweet lemon scented pils malt, only light yeast and hop presence in the aroma. Flavor has a semi-tart, drying malt chewiness, turning more crisp in the finish, with some hoppy, bitter, drying, very crisp noble hop cones. Grassy, dry, refreshing, very delicious.
