Smells more like a hefe - banana, light apple, sweet malt, yeast and very light floral hops. The taste follows right on, lighter than I expected, a little more grain, lightly toasted, fruity in the finish. Light body, nice soft carbonation, very quick finish, no aftertaste. Refreshing. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 18, 2007 Poured very cloudy and dark brown. Aroma started off with a weak caramel scent then changed to milk (in a good way) as it warmed. Flavor was a sweet wheat (kind of like Wheat Thin Crackers) and creamy on the palate. Overall I’d drink this again... berkshirejohn (1796), Bracknell, Berkshire, England

Very pale, almost lime green colour, rather artificial looking; cloudy of course, with a thick white head and fine carbonation; banana aroma, and lots more banana when tasted with soem wheat and vanilla; dry finish with some bitterness.
