Apr 20, 2006 Small yellow head; orange amber beer, very slight haze. Clovey nose, and some coloured malts; Fruity esters, some banana, citrus... Again fruity-estery, sweet oranges and even apricot in the taste. Wheaty sourishness lends some body going over in classic wheat slickness. Good, not really a Dunkel, more an amber; good basic Hefeweizen.

Apr 17, 2006 "Pour a cloudy brown color with a huge huge head what disapated quickly, leaving just a thin thin head. Aroma was sweet and banana and spices. Flavor was much the same, either yeast/wheat flavor to it. Would do this one again quality beer."

Apr 16, 2006 Golden, brown color. Creamy white head. Flavor of banana and clove. Spicy. Rich, creamy texture. Some caramel. Slight bit of yeast. Enjoyable but a bit simple.

Apr 15, 2006 Bottle (sent by joss. Danke!): Hazy, light amber coloured, smaller creamy off-white head; fruity aromas: bananas, lemons, cloves with a yeasty touch; sweetish fruity flavour with a touch of mild acidity; fruity (citrousy) and a bit malty/caramelly finish. Medium bodied. A complex and very pleasant Weizen !

Apr 14, 2006 An excellent alternative to Weihenstephaner when that isn’t available. The aroma is banana and clove goodness (as perhaps expected). Nice dark (slight haziness) color with a light head that quickly fades. I would recommend this to anyone who likes wheat. Don’t forget to try the Bell’s Wheat Series (most specifically the ’8’ and the ’Love Ale’)

Apr 14, 2006 Pour is a muddy looking brown with a small white head. Aroma is of fruits and spice. Flavor is nice! Lots of vanilla,banana and clove. A very nice dunkel, just the right amount of malts round out this tasty brew.

Apr 11, 2006 Bottle. Pour orange/brown with a two finger thick off-white head. Aroma of citrus, fruit, wheat, caramel. Flavor is sweet, wheat, bananas, spices, cirus. Good bosy, good brew.
