Nov 11, 2006 Updated: Jul 11, 2008OK, I’ve been waiting for this for a while, cause I had to save up to purchase it. Got it today at 3 Sons, Wexford. Upon opening, the aroma’s clean and not too detectable but does have a hint of yest in the background. In my poor steeler stein, it pours almost like American wheat but more sophisticated. Beautifully delicious creamy taste with no insulting tones what so ever. Finish is just great! Perhaps the perfect beer except for the price.

Sep 25, 2007 From 500mL bottle--Poured a medium brown-golden body with a medium-sized white head. Mild fruity complexity that exhibits a nice balance of yeast, malt, wheat, alcohol and hops. Bready and yeasty. Highly carbonated, but finished proper. Well-balanced, exceptional beer.

Aug 14, 2009 Bottle. Pours cloudy brownish copper with big off-white head. The aroma is full of soft fruity esters, peach, tangerine, banana; there is also some muffin, faint alcohol, and some spice. The flavor is bran muffins with some lemon and peach and general acidic bite. Then some hints of clove, faint nuts, and some allspice. The finish has an acidic kick with yeast and allspice and a soft, confectionery aftertaste. Pretty good stuff.

Sep 28, 2004 Pours a hazy brown/orange color, with ample head. Aroma is sweet and spicy, with a bit of an acidic smell as well. Flavor is somewhat sweet and fruity with a spicy flavor in there as well. Finish is dry and bitter.

May 18, 2003 Light amber color.medium head small amount of staying power but not much.Malty,yeast aromasome what spicy,and in some small way a little bread like as the description say's but very mildly.Malty taste,spicy,well hopped,with some over ripe tones of fruit like possibly apple but more like pear IMO with some lite olive tones to it as well.Over all it's a pretty decent brew and well worth thebucks to get more.

Mar 29, 2002 Smooth summer style beer with a nice hint of sweetness to it. Decent color and head tops off this spicy finished beer. Good stuff.
