Jun 9, 2003 Hazy brown with a big tan head that went away quickly. Lots of spices in the smell and taste along with some wheat and malt. Aftertaste was of slightly sour fruit. Quite enjoyable.

Aug 9, 2005 Yeasty nose, but weaker than Brau Weisse. Copper to orange colored body, cloudy, medium white head. Malty flavor, with some banana and yeast flavors.

May 18, 2008 50cl bottle. Cloudy brown with a big head. Chocolate chip banana-bread aroma. The flavor has the typical banana and spicy citrus, with a pronounced brown-sugar sweetness and a bit of chocolate. Medium, creamy body with ample carbonation. When in the mood, this hits the spot quite well.

Oct 12, 2004 Murky caramel with a light, fluffy off-white head. Warm banana bread, caramel, spicy clove and cream of wheat cereal. The body is moderate and pleasant. Tasty and refreshing flavor profile. The yeast adds a spicy-type dryness that is unique but pleasant. Not bad.

Mar 27, 2009 Tried with lemon. Hazy orange pour. Aroma is typical of wheat. Taste without lemon was a mix of wheat grains with a soft bland finish. The addition of lemon provided the citrus kick that was missing and made for an excellent wheat.

Oct 13, 2006 Pours slightly hazed tawny honey w/ medium semi creamy froth. Aroma is weak w/ banana spice. Light nectar w/ ample residual effers. Flavors are on the delicate side w/ typical wheat flavors that are brightly exposed and other spices. The finish has a high crisp bittering. Overall: crisp, clean, and refreshing but certainly not my favorite.
