A- A cloudy copper brew pours out of this bottle with an amazing white pillowy head. From the looks of it, this beer is vigorously carbonated.
S- Smells of sweet bread, reminecent of walking by a good bakery. I get hints of fruit: orange, slight banana.
T- Tastes slightly sweet but not nearly as much as the nose lets on. Apricot and a minute taste of banana bread are present.
M- Very light and refreshing without being watery. Well carbonated.
D- This beer is extremely drinkable because it is so delicious and light. I could easily have a few on a summer day. masto (77), Helsinki, Finland

Flavor is strong for a weisse this light-colored and has banana, berry and some yeast. This has a wonderfully surprising spicy hoppy finish. Well-carbonated and soft. Awesome beer from an awesome brewery. gueuzeisgod (109), Graham, North Carolina, USA

Taste is again banana, wheat cracker, sweet maltiness, some drying hop bitterness, slight bit of carnival candy. Super delicious beer, I really like their yeast, best yeast characteristics of all the german weizens IMHO. They used to close their bottles with a cap printed with a bucholic country picnic scene, I liked those, it added to the impression of this beer’s origin- luckily what’s inside hasn’t changed at all. Top shelf brew. tedovertu (260), Apple Valley, Minnesota, USA

Aroma of hay and banana mixed with sweet biscuit. Medium bodied with a creamy mouth feel. Average duration with moderately sweet finish. Extremely well rounded and balanced. Big banana and wheat aroma and a balanced sweetness in the taste. While this is not too complex I love the creaminess a lot. This must be the best companion to strawberries I have ever had. booyaatribe (453), Chicago, Illinois, USA

I don’t drink alot of wheat beers, so I’m not familiar with anything like this. The well-caramelized barley malt dominates up front with an almost Belgian earthy, bready aroma. Strong toffee, caramel, butterscotch flavors though the wheat makes its presence in a clean, tart finish. A great beer for a warm day when your thirst wants a weiss but your mind says - give me something chewy. rmalloy (195), los angeles, California, USA
