Oct 4, 2007 From a 500 ml bottle this poured a nice dark orange with light orange head they lasted seemingly forever. Big lacing rings. Nose of banana and yeas, with some spices. Clean and rich mouthfeel. Flavor are bananas and yeast again. Very nice to drink.

Jun 10, 2006 [bottle] Pours a nice, dark brown color. Aroma is malty- with yeast and banana notes. Super drinkable, with a great balance of malts and yeast presence.

Mar 14, 2009 Bottle. Cloudy, ruddy brown with a dense, thick offwhite head. Good rich, spicy banana aroma and flavours. Hints of apples as well. A very solid and complex dunkelweizen.

Aug 19, 2006 50 cl bottle. Yeast at the bottom. Muddy dark colour with a nice creamy head. Lovely soft aroma of bread-like, banana and yeast nearly like candy. Great soft flavour too of yeast, wheat and banana taste. Very refreshing and tasty.

Jul 14, 2005 Bottle. Poured a nice dark, slightly cloudy orange with a large head that dissipated quickly. Aroma was not very strong, but did have the normal hefe banana, citrus, yeast smell to it. Flavor was quite good. A fine wheat beer.

Sep 15, 2007 Hazy orange-brown with a massive pillowing white head that required 4 pauses during the pour into my big weiss glass. Big aromas of bananas and wheat. Soft mouthfeel, flavours of banana, vanilla, toffee, wheat, and sweet spices. The finish is almost tart. This was delicious!

Sep 25, 2007 From 500mL bottle--Poured a medium brown-golden body with a medium-sized white head. Mild fruity complexity that exhibits a nice balance of yeast, malt, wheat, alcohol and hops. Bready and yeasty. Highly carbonated, but finished proper. Well-balanced, exceptional beer.

May 26, 2009 Pours hazy peach with billowing beige head and lively carbonation. Aroma is of grapefruit, lemon, clove, and a touch of nutmeg. Very pronounced and complex. Flavor strikes a most excellent balance of malty sweetness, a welcomed hop backbone, and a throughly complex and pronounced spice aspect. Caramel, brown sugar and toffee give way to a subtle and caressing citrus character, and finally a delicious addition of clove and coriander. Palate is thick, smooth and full, allowing for a sugary coating followed by a slight dryness. Delicious.
