Apr 22, 2004 Fine appearing brew. Lightly cloudy copper color with massive off white head that is retained. Aroma is wonderful and akin to Celebrator, nicely malty and nutty with a bit of toffee. Flavor is delicious. Wheat flavor, some light banana, bit of apple juice a dash of spice and a clean dry finish. Man am I glad spring is here. I am love the Hefe's.

Jun 26, 2002 Brown ice tea-like color, nice head. Yeasty and very fruity nose, very appetizing. Yeasty flavors, light citrusy/wheaty notes. Every beer i’ve had by this brewery is good, nice work.

Oct 29, 2001 Sort of like a combination bock-weiss beer, and sort of successful. Nice balance of malt and hops, but somewhat undermined by a serious carbonation issue. This ain’t 7up, guys! Smooth it out!

Sep 12, 2006 Cloudy gold apple cider color with a short lasting head. Sweet, fresh-baked bread aromas. Chewy, with a grainy texture and flavors of butterscotch and juicy malts. Slightly sweet, but balanced between fruitiness and malts.

Dec 30, 2008 Pour is a cloudy orange brown with a nice one finger head that has fair retention. The aroma of fruit jumps from the glass. It is a nice mix of apricot, peach, and prune. The flavor is also fruit dominated with yeast, malt. Cloves appear late. Smooth, tasty, and aromatic. Delightful!

Nov 24, 2002 Murky bamboo color with a huge and creamu amber head. Bubbles stream like a jet to the surface and do a magnificent job maintaining the head. Strong aromas of banana taffy. Flavors of banana and toffee are surrounded by a mouthfeel of burnt toast. Quite an enjoyable ’darkish’ wheat.
