Malty, yeasty, woody aroma with decent amount of peppery spice. Sweet, soft palate, cloves, apples, light touch of banana bread and some bitterness in the finish. Murph06 (121), Illinois, USA

Not great, but nice blend of fruity/spicy/malty. If it were alittle more "full bodied" I would rate it higher, but seems watery compared to best wheats. Norton (296), The Fan, Richmond, Virginia, USA

Light tan head mostly dissipates quickly. Fruity. Figgish scent and flavor. Nothign I haven’t experienced but enjoyable. ravidesai (915), Bombay, India

It didn't taste like an average beer, it was really good. I would feel bad getting drunk to something as good as this. Absolutely great with lasagna. Heat99 (56), Austin, Texas, USA

It was very clear for a wheat, which was unexpected. The aroma was very fruity as was the flavor with a very dry finish. It had a lot of body in the flavor, but the carbonation overpowered it in my opinion. It was a good beer, but I have had better. By the way, I drank this while putting up our family Christmas tree this year, so an early Merry Christmas to you all. Aroma was first banana then yeast then spice (cinnamon, clove). Flavor starts tangy and spicy with a hint of fruit (apple, white grape) and finishes kinda dry with a light banana aftertaste. Palate a little thin, but overall a nice brew. notalush (2681), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 22, 2006 Bottle from santa - hazy orange with substantial head - bright, citrus and clove aroma, with equal parts wheat - soft carbonation, and some light fruity esters of apple and pear, reminding me more of a light belgian - the strong wheat flavor reminds you what kind of beer you’re drinking, though - light earthy, yeasty notes - clove and orange jam arrive late - a bit thin in the finish, but otherwise quite nice and refreshing.
