Sweet, slightly viscid initial wheat-malty taste, slightly toasted, banana-fruity; medium bodied with a pleasant carbonation; well-balanced, malty and moderately fruity finish with cinnamon and clovy spice. Aromas of ripe banana and some sweet bread. Flavors fell off a bit. Still some banana, but the bitterness came over what I expected to be sweet.
