Aroma of grain, chocolate, caramel, nutty, fruit. Light bodied with an average carbonation. Light sweet and bitter flavour. Light roasted and bitter finish.

Has a lasting, off-white head. Aroma has some fine, burnt notes. Flavor is sweet, finish is bitter. Texture is watery. Lots of beer, and only 3.8% abv in the version I got. Roasted, but fresh malt, dry black roasted barley, smoked sausage en bread aromas. Sweet, with a definite Pumpernickel flavour. Actually nice. Sweet, in a bready, not excessive way.
