Ungstrup (11136), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jul 7, 2003 The aroma is slightly sour - can it be brewing cereal? - with notes of malt. The color is a deep yellow and it has a beutiful head. The flavor is very light and is malty sweet with cinnamon warmth in the middle. It ends on a light bitter smooth fine hop. A good Czech pilsener. omhper (10454), Stockholm, Sweden Jan 28, 2002 Golden coloured. Medium bodied, hint of aromatic oiliness, rather well hopped and bitter.
