Purchased a single 375 ml bottle via winebuys.com. Pours a still riesling colored mead with a clean disk top and average viscosity tears inside the glass. Aroma of wild flower sweet honey, a hint of lime and a touch of citrus. Taste is sweet honey, lime zest and a hint of white pepper. Finish has some light metallic texture, with a short lived sweet honey and citrus aftertaste. An interesting novelty mead
