Nov 12, 2003 Pale gold colour with a rocky and frothy white head. Fruity and yeasty aroma, similar but not as enticing as Fin du Monde. Medium bodied to go with a citrus fruity and yeasty flavour.

Jul 1, 2003 Straw color with loosely forming head, low carbonation levels for a belgian. Head retention is average. Similar to straffe Hendrik blonde but not as dry. Good solid little blond belgian ale with some subdued belgian fruitiness and a slight residual sweetness.

Mar 18, 2003 Blond beer with a big white head. Fruit, wood, yeast and hop aroma. The taste is yeast, wood and maybe a tiny bit of citrus. Dry, slightly bitter finish.

Feb 28, 2003 I thought this was babar the king of the elephants. A mixture of alot of stuff that combines to taste like something i needent have again. This was a beer yeast infection, with a few citrus spots that do little to salvage. Unimpressive compared to all of the other brews I had at lucky baldwins.

Feb 9, 2003 I couldn't really rate the appearance because the beer was in a pot. Aroma of citrus. Taste is a little hoppy, some citrus, a little spicy.
