May 30, 2005 Updated: Nov 28, 2005(Bottle 33 cl) A golden ale which is reasonably clear until I pour the sediment. Then the color is grey-orange. Very aromatic, along the style of a "Triple" or a paler trappist like Orval. Spicy and refined with quite a lot of sweetness which is at the same time rather discreet. Quite nice. 110304

Aug 20, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy to cloudy orange with a diminishing white head. Aroma is mild yeasty and light caramel malty, classic Belgian. Medium sweet flavour yet dominated by yeast and caramel in a light way. Mild spice note into the finish. Lingering smooth yeasty and slight caramelish too.
