Nov 14, 2004 Bottle at Brugs Beertje, Bruges. Very delicious, smooth blond beer - Saison like in it’s balance. Cake, wheat, tempered sweetness. Full flavoured and enjoyable.

Feb 4, 2004 Bottle conditioned. Gold, moderate rocky white head, and good condition. Good honey aromas mixed with Pilsen like hops. More honey sweetness in the mouth, delicate hop flavour and a good yeastiness. Dry and pleasantly hop bitter in the finish, slight soapiness developing towards the end.

Apr 3, 2006 Bottle. Cloudy blond in color with a nice white head. Fruity, malty, sweet aroma. Hoppy. Citrusy hopes. Sour and tart. Medium bodied. Well balanced. Smooth. Finish is hoppy. Nice beer. Enjoyable.

Jan 25, 2008 Bottled. Hazy orange colour with big slightly off-white head. Aroma is spices, fruits, nuts and some fudgeish notes. Flavour is nuts, fruits, some sugary notes as well as some grassy- and earthyness. Aftertaste is nutty, fruity, toffeeish and mildly earthy in a pleasant mix.

May 30, 2005 Updated: Nov 28, 2005(Bottle 33 cl) A golden ale which is reasonably clear until I pour the sediment. Then the color is grey-orange. Very aromatic, along the style of a "Triple" or a paler trappist like Orval. Spicy and refined with quite a lot of sweetness which is at the same time rather discreet. Quite nice. 110304

Dec 29, 2003 Hazy golden color; creamy head. Nice malty aroma; mature. Quite smooth, malty; dryer at the end, well balanced by the bitterness, but a light metallic note.
