Commercial Description: Our BIGHORN IPA gets its name from the strong Bighorn sheep that live in the hills above Rancho Mirage. Pale, Crystal and Munich grains create the delicious malty body while Magnum, Cascade and Horizon hops add that wonderful bittering balance. Dry hopping with Willamette adds that amazing floral/citrus aroma. This beer is not filtered in order to preserve its full flavor. This beer is a must for people who like to taste their beer!
Tap at brewpub: I had this on tap after a 2 hour hike in 100 degree weather. Needless to say, this went down REALLY fast. Aroma was grapefruit, citrus, caramel, some other fruit. Very drinkable IPA that lasted less than 5 minutes in its pint glass.
