Notes from Indy Winterfest Pours bright slightly orange amber with 1cm off white head. The aroma is of citrusy hops with malt sweetness background. The flavor is instantly of citrusy earthy hops, slightly weak malt backbone, but very nice lingering hop bitterness, has notes of fragrant soap. Palate is normal - not thin or thick or otherwise notable. Overall this is a very nice brew!

Very solid IPA. Pours a neon orange with a nice sized white head. Aroma is a nice mix of pine and citrus fruits. Flavor is typical IPA, but not run down or watery. Nice bold citrus hoppy flavor with a crisp bite at the end. Very sessionable IPA, no hint of the 7.5%. A winner.

Served from a firkin at the Brewers of Indiana Guild Winterfest. Pour is a dark amber orange with some tan head. It has a great hop nose that is mostly pine. Mild flavor but a strong bitter finish. Soooo easy to drink. Keep up the good work guys.

Thanks to Mike for bringing the growler! Poured clear medium orange with a lovely, creamy cap of beige head. The aroma picked up fruity and floral notes over pale and caramel maltage.. the hops led, and gave some wonderful character. The flavor had a caramel base with a whole lot of bitterness around (pine, floral, and resiny citrus.. very, very green).. finished bitter as well, leaving a memorable finish. Medium-bodied and quite bitter on the palate

Growler ala BBB63. Lightly hazed dark golden color with a small beige head. Bigs hops aromas. Scents of grapefruit, pine cleaners, and an earthy element that I’m not sure if I should attribute it to the malt of the haps, but I would wager the hops since things seem to be dominated by them. Oily feel. More pine and spicy hops throughout. Lasting nearly sticky hops. I think this one would survive a trip around the world, a simple trip to India would be far to easy.

Growler. Pours a copper color with a medium frothy head that leaves some soapy lacing. Aroma is grapefruit, pine, and some earthiness. Taste is much the same, with some decent bitterness, some spiciness, and earthiness.

Tap: Slightly hazy coppery hue with a large frothy head which left outstanding lace upon the glass. The nose detects resiny, herbal, grapefruit, starfruit and pine, biscuity and roasted malts...some crystal perhaps... and white pepper. The taste is twangy and piney bright hops bite with a spicy and dry finish. The mouth feel is sprite and bright, sharp and metallic. A good solid IPA, Mikey Likey.
