I had this on tap recently at a local rib joint while waiting for a table. It looks like a ’regular’ pale ale but the flavor is pretty complex. It’s hoppy and bitter but has this wonderful buttery flavor and goes perfectly with BBQ.

Strong presence of cascade hops right away from a deep golden, thick headed ale. Biting hops in the taste, almost soapy and rough. Malts are light and hidden. The balance comes out as it warms, leaving a thick, grassy, soapy, bitter aftertaste.

Light orange color and a thin head with lots of tiny bubbles floating to the top. Slightly grainy sweet nose. Some apple and peach fruit flavors with a nice hop finish. Maybe a little thin, but I bet would be great with a burger.

Thanks for sharing, Mark. The body is medium hazy gold with an off white head. The aroma is musty dandeilons with wood and perfume. There is also a little bit of grapefruit. The taste has some grapefruit ridn with some bitter bread crust. There are also some peanuts. A decent APA.

Refreshing, sessionable beer. The body’s pale apricot in color and it has a well sustained head. There’s a handful of particles floating about although I thought my bottle to be reasonably fresh. The aroma is full of pink grapefruit with a suggestion of pine lurking in the background. In flavor it retains that juicy, pink grapefruit taste, the sweet grainy malt emerging to balance it out nicely. Not bad.

Bottle courtesy of shawnm213. Pours a slightly hazy copper with a thin white head. Smells of earth, some caramel, light spice. Tastes of earth, tea, light resin, some peppery hints.

On tap at the brewery. Quite average. Light citrus aroma. Maybe a touch grainy. Pretty highly carbonated. Grassy bitternes. Eeeh.
