Pours black with thin tan head. Aroma is of crisp green apple, chocolate, and a cold coffee. Flavor is bitter coffee, ash, tobacco. Medium body. Rich but drinkable.

Sep 2, 2006 Bottled. Pitch black coloured. Dense brownish head. Heavy roast and cocoa in the aroma. Notes of sweet fruits. Alchol, light fruits, roast and coffee in the flavour. Good sweet balance. Medium to full body. Roasted bitter end with good lasting. Thanks to BBB63 for this.

Sep 1, 2006 A very dark brown beer with a fast disappearing light brown head. The aroma is sweet and dominated by chocolate. The flavor is sweet chocolaty leading to a dry woody end. The alcohol burns lightly in the throat.
