| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 1/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 14, 2006 Hazy dull beige appearance. Light malt and apple skin nose. The flavour is a spicy, brown bready maltiness...I get rye...lord knows from where. A little muddy/unclean but interesting. hopdog (5601), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 23, 2004 Updated: Feb 23, 2008Fresh bottle thanks to BBB63: Pours a clear golden with a thin spotty-lacing white head. Mildly sweet with a lager yeast presence in the aroma and some noble hops. Decent balance of semi-sweet pale malt and earthy European hops toward a more bitter drier finish. Too dry and bitter in the finish, hurts the drinkability. Cletus (5057), Connecticut, USA

Smells lightly citrussy with some nice straw and hay elements. Tastes tangy and lemony with a lot of grassy notes. Nice dry finish. ¾ (4999), Colorado, USA

Little head, slightly opaque. First taste is like a pale ale, then slightly sweeter. Thanks for bbb63 for this one! Cornfield (4947), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 21, 2007 Nice pour, a clear golden yellow with a tall spongey head. The aroma is sweet bready malts with apples and a light grassy bitterness. Medium bodied. The hoppy bitterness is slightly stronger in the flavor and a drop of lemon juice is added. Crisp finish. A good sessionable beer.

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 7, 2007 Draft sample at Fall Fest 2007. Poured copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good. Moderate tart citrus hoppy aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met with this brew.
