Mohogany...small head. Light aroma of dark malts. Flavors of rich malts with slight flavor of smoke, molassas, unsweetened chocolate. Good balance and flavor...not real big but tasty. Also, this is a bock, not dopplebock. On tap at Back Street in Vista.
