May 15, 2008 Hazy and golden. Mostly saaz and light diacetyl in the nose. Warming diacetyl on the palate. There’s a lot of saaz, medium bitterness for style, and fairly full-bodied malts. My misgivings are the diacetyl (acceptable in the style, but not to this high an amount IMO), and the lack of voluptuousness in the malts (they get a bit doughy).

Clear golden coloured crisp on the palate and hoppy. Slightly creamy with some bitterness in the finish.

Jan 14, 2008 on tap-pours a white head that laces and pale yellow color. Aroma is soft sweet grain. Taste is grain, secondary light (saaz?) hops-slight flatness. Light body. OK effervescence.

Dec 4, 2007 Tap at Vista location: Pale gold hue with fizzy fading head and okay lace. The aroma has notes of grassy and herbal hop, DMS and grainy, mineral water. The taste followed suit, lightly crisp with a bready and corny base. Short finish and zero depth. The mouth feel is crisp and watery. Well it is a pilsner...
