BBB63 (3767), La Porte, Indiana, USA Dec 4, 2007 On tap at the Vista location: Slightly hazed golden hue with some head and lace. The aroma has notes of grassy and herbal hops, apple ester, corny and biscuity malt. The taste has a twangy fruit and pale biscuity malt character. A hint of DMS on the short profile, not much depth. The mouth feel is light and lively. A very average paint-by-numbers APA. DrunkAsASkunk (848), Lynnwood, Washington, USA Feb 29, 2004 This beer poured an amber/orange mix with a thiny sheet white head. The aroma was filled with citrus and hops while also mixing in a strange bready/grainy presence. The taste yielded something a little different. Some lemon and orange dominate with a malty tang right up front. It ends dry with a slight malty, dare i say raisinesque quality. Not too bad, but very unoriginal. The sweetness becomes too much to handle by the finish. 21iceman40 (1668), north little rock, Arkansas, USA Jun 8, 2003 A typical yellowish amber color with the moderate head which leaves with a quickness. Hoppy yet malty on both the aroma and taste, boring, nothing special here. No sac what so ever.
