Commercial Description:
Strong wheat ale fermented with Belgian wit yeast, re-fermented on a proprietary reduction of locally grown hybrid cactus fruit and heavily dry-hopped. Don’t let the color fool you.

Adam poured a pint of this kick-ass beer at Backstreet for me last week. Pours a really lush pinkish/red hue with thin big bubble head. The aroma is super citrus hops with nice a sweetness. The flavor is a "punch you in the face" hop driven delight. The catus fruit lends a nice watermelon flavor and the Belgian yeast esters add more subtle fruitiness. The grains paint a nice backdrop behind the intense hop infused character. This one’s a definate MUST for all you hopheads and yet another awesome addition to Abomb’s insane brewing portfolio!

This was a freaking wierdo beer. Pink color and a lot of wierd grapefruity, rindish flavors...clean though and actually, right up my alley.
