paulsonpatch (1), Falcon, Colorado, USA does not count Jan 11, 2008 My all time favorite brew!! Love the extreme hoppiness, without the bitter aftertaste. PBOYNY (316), Westchester, New York, USA Aug 30, 2004 this IPA rules! very hoppy, and smooth with a nice bite, no aftertaste, and plenty of alcohol. Next time you are in Frisco, drink a keg or two! Pigfoot (2225), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA May 21, 2004 22oz, bomber bottle,
Appearance: clear, amber hue, big, fresh, long-lasting foam atop. Shade is lighter than I like from an IPA, though.
Nose: immediate blast of pine resin and citrus, grapefruit, orange, pineapple, Wow!, big, beautiful hoppiness, a sweet, slightly bitter thing in the nose.
Taste: the barrage of hops continues again, from the instant the brew breaches the palate, big, bold, fresh, and fantastic. This exudes so much fruit, spills so much wondrous bounty through the senses, that one must merely relax, and luxuriate in it all. Damn, this is a fully-flavored, full-bodied, long in the finish type of IPA, and isn’ that my favorite kind, the kind that grasps fiercely in the senses and never feels like quitting? The kind that overflows with fruit and hops, without ever being over-poweringly bitter...
Yum, yummy, yu-u-u-u-ummm...
Gotta say, if I were garrisoned in Breckenridge for whatever reason, this would be my tipple, for sure!

These ratings were taken from one day of about 60 different tastings all were good and all have blended together but I know I thoroughly enjoyed every one of them and none were bad.
jcwattsrugger (4045), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Nov 8, 2007 on tap-pours a thin off white head that laces and gold color. Aroma is nice citrus (cascade) hops, secondary malt. Taste is nice sweet grapefruit/citrus (cascade) hops-some bitterness/pine, secondary malt. OK/mild carbonation.
