Clear light medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, roasted, sour apples. overripped apples. Flavor is moderate sweet light light acidic and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20090805]

Sep 4, 2009 (Cask at GBBF, London Earl’s Court, 5 Aug 2009) Golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity, malty nose with peaches, citrus and a touch of soap. Fruity, malty taste with notes of citrus, tropical fruit and a balanced citrussy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, slightly sweetish. Decent.

Aug 6, 2009 Cask at GBBF 05-08-09 Pours warm gold with a thin white rim of bubbles ofr a head. There is a gradual bitterness with this one, and also a touch of shoe polish (kiwi brand) detected on the nose. The hops area a little rough, but despite what appears as quite a critical review it was absolutely fine. A6 A4 F6 P3 Ov13 3.2
