Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a medium orangey head. The aroma is sweet with noted od caramel, malt, and bread. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of caramel, leading to a slightly bitter finish.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Amber coloured, hazy, slowly collapsing off-white foam; vinegar in the nose, covering malt and hops; sweet-sourish flavour, light bodied; sweet-malty and sour finish. No pleasure at all.........

(swing top bottle, courtesy of Koelschtrinker) Cloudy, chestnut-brown colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Sourish fruity nose with citrus-fruity notes. Sour flavour, light bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly toasted malty taste with sour-fruity notes; sour and minimal sweet finish with toasted malt and notes of vinegar due to an early infection (10.06.08).
