Intensively sourish fruity aroma of mandarin and citrus with a light wheaty touch. Sour-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonated mouthfeel. Very yeasty and slightly wheaty taste with citrus-fruity notes and a rising yeasty and slightly hoppy bitterness towards the finish, which is furthermore slightly tart and barley-malty.
