In the bottle from 99 bottles WA. When you swirl it up (and why wouldn’t you?) you get an almost white looking pale yellow with a quickly dying poofy white head. Incredible bready and cidery apple scent that produces some rich fruity esters. From the fruity scent, I had expected a big apple sweetness, but BEHOLD this is an intensely dry and super tart cider. I loved it because it tastes exactly like homebrew cider. To hell with these candy-assed filtered alco-pops. This is cider in its purest form: parching and puckering. I think that if more ciders were like this, many fans of flemmish sours would gravitate to them.

Bottle. Hazy yellow colored. No real head formation. Pleasant apple aroma with a noticeable hint of alcohol. Semi-dry, well carbonated. Pleasant and easy to drink. Plenty of tart apple flavor remains. Decent.
