May 31, 2008 Bottle (excavated by joss !): Clear, greenish-golden coloured, mid-sized loose head; minerals and grassy hops in the sweet pale-malty nose; mild sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft MF; lingering hops in the sweet-bitter finish. An unspectacular, but pleasant brew...........

May 28, 2008 (bottle, 4.9%abv) Clear, pale golden colour with a short frothy white head. Moderately sweet grainy aroma with a touch of citrus and light grassy hops in the background. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Pale malty, distinctively grainy touch and very subtle citrus-fruity notes; moderately dry, slightly sweet and bitter finish with light but pleasant herbal hops. Not very spectacular but quaffable Helles (28.05.08).
