Bottle (big thanks to Jonas !): A bit unclear, light golden coloured, rather quickly diminishing lacy white head; good pale-malty nose with distinctive hoppy aromas, solid malty base detectable, soft MF, light bodied, very solid bitter-sweet flavour; lingering aromatic hops in the malty bitter finish. Superb semi-bohemian Pilsener..........

(bottle) Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a short foamy white head. Sweet, strawy malty aroma with very light herbal hoppy notes. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Strawy malty, minimal grainy and slightly buttery taste with very subtle citrus-fruity notes; sweet-bitter, buttery malty and slightly hoppy finish. Well-balanced Pilsener with light Bohemian attributes (24.06.08).

bottle, bought at the brewery. Golden yellow, large and creamy head, hoppy nose. Quite hoppy Pilsener, slightly malty. The hops they use at Löwenbräu is really lovely, slightly citrusy and fruity. Dry finish. Well-rounded Pilsener, one of the best I know.
