Jul 26, 2008 pael looker - hate plane glass beet botles. Great looking lable. Opened easy. Pour like a bottle. Acted, smelled & tasted like a beer.
Tasted ok, was typical ale. quick palet, good grip on the tongue

Jul 20, 2008 Bottle (500ml).Poured amber brown with a small, frothy, off-white head which was mostly lasting. Aroma was sweet with toffee, biscuity malts, strong earthy/oak notes, hazel nuts, cereal and a subtle fruitiness. Flavor was of sweet/dry biscuity malts with strong earthy/wood notes, hazel nuts, chewy caramel, a subtle fruitiness (oranges, blackberries) and light notes of dirt in the finish. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation a dry/sweet mouthfeel and a good finish.

Jul 19, 2008 50 cl bottle, bougth at Tesco, Liverpool. Amber color, moderate white/off-white head. Aroma is malt, some hops and some sweetness. Flavor is very malty with caramel sweetness, also some hops.
