Bottle - Pasteurised.

Named in honour of the inquisitive and extremely “fursty” ferrets of the Gribble Inn, a celebrated golden brown ale, full of character with an ABV of 4.4%.

An amber beer with a fine beige head. The aroma is sweet hoppy. The flavor lovely sweet. A very nice bitter.

(Bottle 50 cl) Originally brewed by the pub-brewery "Gribble Inn" owned by "Hall & Woodhouse". But the bottled version comes from the Badger Brewery - with the same owners. Nice amber colour, a slight haze and a rather stable head. Some nutty- and caramel notes. Reminds me a bit of Newcastle Brown Ale (no offence). 100904

50 cL clear bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Dry hoppy aroma with a mild bitterness. Light roasted and bitterness in the flavour. Mild bitterness into the finish.

Bottled. Clear amber coloured with a white head. Aroma of malts, grain, caramel and hops. Sweet flavour of malts and caramel with hoppy notes.

Bottled@Chris O Post GBBF Tasting. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is harsh grassy hops along with some fruityness. Flavour is grass, sweet harsh hops and some malts.
