Commercial Description:
Bottled (pasteurised).
The light, refreshing character of our award-winning golden ale is distinguished by its subtle elderflower aroma, reminiscent of a summer's evening. Champion is particularly rewarding when served chilled.

Bottle. Pale amber slight head. Slightly flowery aroma. Light body, fizzy. malt and flowery hops with very little bitterness. Very drinkable, but a little insubstantial.

Golden colour, small white head. The aroma and flavour of elderflower is very dominant. Not my cup of tea.

While this is my favourite Badger beer and has some nice fruity flavours, i’m going to have to give it lowish marks. It conatains sulphites which really isnt required in beer these days, and badger beers just taste a bit odd i must say.

Bottle from local Tesco. Deep golden colour with thin, short-lasting white head. Hoppy, floral aroma. Medium bodied with an initial sweetness that resolves to a lovely dry finish. Lively on the palate and overall an excellent summer beer. Good with food, too.

Sleightly amber look with a small white head. Flowery aroma backed up by some toffee sweetness. Smooth delicious palate and a somewhat desert like flavor with the sweet toffee mixing with the flowery bitterness. Very good for the style
