Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, bread, fruity, dust. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Apr 11, 2006 Keg at Jolly Sailor, Bursledon. Sweet malt start with some grassy hops coming in and a dryer malt finish. A bit gassy but quite drinkable.

Nov 19, 2005 On tap at the Shaston Arms, Soho. As British keg lagers go, this wasn’t too bad. Not great you understand, just relatively good. And all things are relative. Clean and crisp. Slightly fruity with a whiff of hops and some underlying dry malt. I’ve had far worse.
