Bottled 50cl. It pours a beautiful nut brown ale with a nicely remaining whitish head. The nose is mostly of earthy hops. Hints of caramel - Nice full aromas. The taste is very hoppy with hints of wild strawberries. Earthy. A good mouthfeel. Quite a lot of caramel with some nuts. The finish is dry hoppy and surprisingly strong. Very enjoyable. This beer leaves a nice lacing.

Bottle, from Somerfield. Copper bronze, thin white head and gentle condition. Buttery malt aromas with a hint of earthy hops. Soft and sweet initialy in the mouth but with a developing hop note that becomes quite metallic with time. Short malt and caramel in the finish with a late hint of flowery hoppiness.

This bitter ale poured from a hand pump with a thin off-white head. A typical bitter but with a full flavor and a nice hop bite at the finish.

Bottle, Summerfield. Pours copper with a cap of light beige foam. Aroma is vaguely grassy, a bit of mint and white bread. Flavor is a fairly brisk layer of pithy hops, caramel. Somewhat coarse carbonation, fairly dry. Generic, but pleasant and drinkable.

Bottle 5ocl. Poured clear dark amber, with a foamy offwhite head. Rich flowery aroma with a hint of citrus. Fragrant flowery and hoppy tatse, and a pleasant bitter finsh with a further hint of citrus. Quite an oily mouth feel. Very pleasant though nothing special.
